This Scottish Careers Week, Ferguson Marine is proud to shine a light on the women of Ferguson Marine whose skills and expertise have helped shape our business and the wider Inverclyde area.

As one of the region’s key employers, we are as committed to building futures as we are constructing ships. Through engagement with schools and the hands-on learning offered through our apprenticeship programme, we want to inspire the next generation of talent and build a passion for STEM subjects from an early age, especially in young girls who are still underrepresented in STEM roles.

Over the coming week we will highlight the diverse career pathways available at Ferguson Marine, from engineering and shipyard operations to HR and planning, by showcasing our talented people.
